Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing Church's Catering to supply your buffet requirements.


I am sorry to have to go through these small bits, and there are usually no issues, but we do need to make you aware of a few things.


We will deliver and pick up in the Doncaster area free of charge. Outside of the Doncaster town area we will make a charge for delivery and collection which we will discuss with you.


We work hard to make sure that those with dietary requirements get as good a selection of food as those without those requirements. This does however come at a cost, and dependant upon numbers we have to make an additional charge of £1.00 per head for specialist diets, excluding vegetarians.


We aim to be as green as possible and to that end all our trays and bowls etc, including the bags we use are multi-use.

We require them to be returned for further use.(we will collect or arrange their return with you). This helps us keep our costs down for you.

Should items not be returned then we will charge for them and this amount will be added either to your invoice or invoiced separately.


Cancellations:

If you need to cancel or re-arrange your buffet then the following charges will apply:


Seven full days notice - No charge

Three full days notice - 50% payable

Less than three days full notice - 75% payable

On the day cancellation - Payment required in full


Invoices and Payment

Payment is required in full within 30days. BACS details are on the invoice

For Orders which go above £500 we require a 20% deposit at the time of booking. This is refundable in line with our cancellation policy


Events and Celebration Cakes which may require more work in advance will be subject to alternative cancellation payments and will be discussed individually.
